4. Purpose of processing personal data (use of the register)

Data extracted from the application forms of persons applying for jobs will be filed in the CV database. Open applications will be stored for three months, and applications for a specific job will be stored for two years. Data from the application forms will be processed confidentially and will not be conveyed to parties outside the Comptel Group.

5. Data content stored in the register

- Persons who have applied for a job in the Comptel Group
- Personal data (name, address, phone number), data regarding Comptel as an employer, the job that was applied for, quality of the employment contract and location
- Education and language skills
- Professional experience and references
- IT-related skills
- Free text fields (applicant's interest in Comptel as an employer, additional information), date of entering the job and requested salary
- Curriculum vitae submitted by the applicant (attachment)

6. Regulated sources of information

Application forms submitted to the Comptel Group by jobseekers.

7. Regulated assignment of information and transfer of the data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area

The data will not be conveyed to parties outside the Comptel Group.

8. Principles of register protection

8.1 Manual material

Printouts of application forms will be stored in locked cabinets.

8.2 Data saved in the information system

The data from the application forms will be saved in the SQL Server database. The database is proc-essed by means of application. The registrar may alter the data in the database. Comptel's HR ser-vices and supervisors in charge of recruiting have access rights to the CV database. The access right is based on user identification.

9. Right of inspection

As provided by Section 26 of the Personal Data Act, the applicant is entitled to inspect his/her personal information saved in the database. A written, signed request for inspection should be submitted to the registrar.
