Comptel complies with the insider guidelines of NASDAQ OMX in Helsinki. In accordance with the Securities Market Act, Comptel maintains a register containing information on the so-called insiders with the duty to declare in the SIRE system of the Euroclear Finland Ltd. Insiders comprise permanent insiders and project-specific insiders.
Comptel's insiders are obliged to comply with the so-called closed window rule which starts 7 days prior to the last day of each quarter and continues until the publication of an interim report or financial statement of the company, and expires 24 hours after such publication.
Comptel has ceased to apply the ‘open window' rule.
The insiders with the duty to declare include:
- Members of the Board of Directors
- President and CEO
- Corporate Executives
- Principal Auditor
Insider register contains information about the insiders with the duty to declare, their connections and the changes in their ownership.
