Change in the Board of Directors' Audit Committee

Comptel's Board of Directors has decided that Mr. Juhani Lassila acts as the chairman of the Audit Committee starting from 18 June 2008. Matti Mustaniemi, who has been appointed Managing Director of Halti Ltd., continues as a member in Comptel's Audit Committee.
