Comptel's training services are designed to cover our customer's training needs at all points of the delivery project.
Standard training courses are fitted around the needs of project group members and administrators. In addition to standard training packages, Comptel also provides tailored training courses according to need. Training sessions can either be arranged on-site or at Comptel's premises.
Sessions are organised into theoretical training followed by hands-on work during which the trainees can practice the corresponding topics. Emphasis is placed on the basic concepts behind communication between the Operations and Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS) and the network element interfaces.
One of the main aims is to teach the trainees how to use the applications and where to source more technical detail. Operational and administration issues for each of the subsystems are also learnt and practised in hands-on sessions.
