Comptel's oldest partner with joint history dating back over 20 years. Comptel and IBM have delivered solutions to some of he worlds largest Telcos. IBM has the capability of delivering and managing very large projects across Comptels range of Products. We also work with IBM in developing and enhancing our joint capability in cutting edge technologies such as SDN/NFV and are part of IBM’s solution stack in this area.


Technology partners


Comptel solutions for SDN and NFV are built upon a common software platform that is certified to support Intel based architectures. Our solution for SDN and NFV has been designed and tested to interoperate with an eco-system of partners who also operate on Intel architectures as part of the ETSI NFV MANO architecture. With an Intel Architecture Comptel can confidently build, test and deploy solutions for our global service provider customers.

Which supports and promotes collaboration within an ecosystem that seeks to increase alignment in the industry, thus leading to the design of world-class solutions. Red Hat

Comptel solutions are built upon the latest IT technologies as a Red Hat Advanced ISV Partner, Comptel has access to Red Hat’s technical resources and tools, facilitating the development and testing of Comptel applications on Red Hat technologies. Comptel also receives in-depth sales and marketing support, along with training to help their customers realise the value of Red Hat open source solutions.

Network Equipment Providers


Nokia is a leader in the fields of network infrastructure, location-based technologies and advanced technologies. Comptel tools are provided by Nokia as part of its ability to manage complex networks and provide Service Orchestration capability for its Telco Cloud initiative.

Alcatel Lucent

Alcatel Lucent provides products and innovations in IP and cloud networking, as well as ultra-broadband fixed and wireless access. Comptel has worked with Alcatel Lucent in providing Fulfillment capability to many Service Providers Worldwide. Alcatel Lucent maintains a capability of delivering our solutions in co-operataion with our services team.


Hitachi  resells Comptel Policy Control Solution (PCRF) to Hitachi’s customers worldwide. Comptel Policy Control Solution will play an important role as a part of Hitachi’s network solutions for Traffic Management and Network Function Virtualisation.

Independent Software Vendors


Comptel is a trusted partner of Salesforce and our integrated approach to connecting the front and back office thus enabling the  Lead to Activate story to become reality has won many plaudits. Our Service Order Validator app is available on Salesforces App Exchange and is the enabler in this ecosystem. Our unique ‘Enterprise Sales Transformation’ story for Service Providers incorporates an ecosystem of Salesforce for customer interaction, CloudSense for Configure, Price, Quote and Comptel assets for Order Management, Catalog, Inventory and activation enabled by world class integrators such as TCS and TechMahindra. This solution is in production and delivering value.


CloudSense provides Configure, Price, Quote solutions to service providers worldwide who have invested in enabling the Salesforce Platform as part of their customer management strategy. The solution complements Comptels FlowOne fulfillment suite by adding Customer Order Management, Commercial Catalog and CPQ capabilities tightly integrated with the Salesforce platform.

General Electric 

The Smallworld Network Inventory product provides a consolidated cross-technology end-to-end view of the telecommunications networks upon which services are delivered to customers. This comprehensive and integrated view of the entire network combines the fully connected, inside and outside plant of the physical network, with the services of the logical network.
Comptel has worked with GE to provide a unique approach to ensuring certainty in the fulfillment process by Federating the GE Smallworld Physical Inventory Capability and that of Comptels Sri logical Inventory. This enables Service Providers to ensure capability can be delivered with certainty from the Ground through to the Cloud.
