Transactions of the Management
Comptel complies with the insider guidelines of NASDAQ in Helsinki. In accordance with the Securities Market Act, Comptel reports financial instrument transactions by its management and their close associates with a Stock Exchange release. The company management and persons closely associated with them shall notify all their transactions to the issuer and the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. The notification requirement applies to every transaction conducted on their own account relating to issuer’s shares or debt instruments or to derivatives or other financial instruments linked to them. Comptel Oyj’s management includes the members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.
Persons listed in Comptel’s insider guidelines are obliged to comply with the no-trading period (so-called closed window), which commences 30 days prior to the publication of each interim report or financial statements release but no later than 7 days prior to the end of each quarter, and expires 24 hours after such publication.
